The reception that we received on arrival was so warm and friendly that it felt like home. The rooms and the facilities were excellent, and our requests were always attended to. They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable, like making sure that there were fresh towels in the room every day.
Not to mention that the gardens and surrounding areas were so peaceful and tranquil. It was my first visit to East London and I felt very secure. Having had this awesome experience at Hathaway Guest House made such a difference to me and my family.
